We can either negotiate with one preferred builder or tender to several builders in order to find the best available financial and timeline options for your project. You and the builder then sign a fixed lump sum contract.
We regularly inspect the building site to answer builders' questions and to asses whether builders' invoices are accurate
Sometimes variations will be required. These can be due to unexpected discoveries during the demolition of an existing building, or you may change your mind about a design detail. We have systems in place to deal with this in a fair and impartial manner.
Once the building is practically complete, there will occasionally be some minor outstanding issues needing the builders' attention. We make an inspection and list any defects for the builder to fix within an agreed timeframe
